As an experienced independent consultant and executive coach I am specialized in project development and management, process-oriented quality management, organizational development, client-oriented surveys and evaluations, supporting organizational learning processes by empowerment strategies.
My know-how is based on a 15-year focus in facilitation work of change processes with non-profit-organizations, public administration and self-directed teams in the area of health promotion and social services, with environmental organizations and counselling centers for migrant population, conducting evaluation studies and research in collaboration with university and national authorities.
Besides consulting and coaching I teach post-graduate students (psychology) and as an author of publications (on quality management, mutual aid, participation, empowerment strategies, health promotion and learning organizations) I have presented my work and projects at various conferences in Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Portugal and Argentina.
Since 2005 I provide comprehensive assistance as a project consultant in the design and implementation of regional and national programs that foster collaboration between professionals in hospitals, medical practices and patient organizations.
